About me
I was born near the Capital of Sri Lanka in 1986, but I was adopted at the age of 3 months and therefore I am grown up in Bochum, Germany. In 1999 I discovered my
abilities and interest in art and design, so I started to drawing and watercolor painting for the next couple of years. Three years later, on a trip to northern
Italy, I discovered my passion for photography. Since that time I deal extensively with this issue. In 2004 I started a training as a design assistant (GTA) in the
subjects of media and communications, in spring of '07 I became a certified designer and I did an internship as a Web Designer in a small agency for 8 months. I
learned a lot about online marketing and coding. Since April 2008 I'm working in a big agency in Düsseldorf as a Web Designer and create websites for small
businesses.
About my Work
First of all design is passion in any way. My definition of design is based on just one little rule: 'less is more' and focus the content by emotional details. I
design websites according to the latest standards, trends and client wishes. Furthermore, I do the coding in HTML/CSS and JavaScript based on Jquery Framework to make
the sites more smoothly.
